REQUIRES- B6.1 – B6.4 gear box parts including- B6 39t IDLER GEAR, #91799 TOP SHAFT, BEARINGS AND HARDWARE.
High performance heavy duty laydown gear box with motor plate for AE B6.1-B6.4 drag racing builds. All alloy gearbox construction keeps your gears in perfect alignment for true mesh and no gearbox flexing that causes binding at high rpm's.
-Direct bolt on for AE B6.1-B6.4 drag racing builds (SEE NOTES BELOW).
-High diff setting for improved cvd axle angles (flatter axles for less binding and more rpm's), +1mm higher diff than on the stock plastic laydown gearbox's highest setting.
-Bearing supported sway bar mounts- super accurate sway bar function yet easy to use.
-Extra long slotted motor plate for larger gearing range options.
-Heavy duty alloy motor plate design to minimize flex (unlike carbon fiber) to maintain proper gear mesh.
-Compatible with any B6 standard shock tower.
-Compatible with the #1960 Wheelie Bar set.
Note- the largest spur gear size is 89T- unless you remove chassis material that is under the spur gear OR use a gear box riser like Exotek #2095.
