First, I disassemble the motor, clean and lube the bearings with SHAG Oil. Then, I do a complete evaluation of stator poles, rotor strength, asymmetry and sensor board deviation. Then I make sure the rotor properly shimmed. This motor has an aligned sensor board that is within my personal strict standards. Bottom line, you will get an awesome motor!
I took this motor a bit further. I have upgraded the bearings to ceramics,. the stator screws to aluminum and the rotor to a 13.0mm rotor to help get the full potential out of the motor.
